CLINTON, S.C. – The USC Upstate women's tennis team was up-ended by Presbyterian College, 6-1, on Wednesday afternoon at the Templeton Courts.

Ana-Sofia Camberos was the lone Spartan to pick up an individual victory on Wednesday.  Camberos, playing at singles number three, held off Cara Caruso and claimed a straight set victory by scores of 7-5, 6-4.

Talia Rojas gave it her all but ultimately fell in singles number two to Paige Oelke, 3-6, 5-7.

With the loss Upstate dips to 0-3 on the season, while the Blue Hose improve to 3-0.

Upstate will return to action next Wednesday when the Spartans host Anderson University at 11:30 a.m.
