Spartanburg, S.C. - The softball doubleheader between USC Upstate and Winthrop scheduled for Tuesday afternoon in Rock Hill has been postponed due to the winter weather that has dumped several inches of snow on the Carolinas.

Both coaches are pursuing possible makeup dates and further information on when and if the games will be made up will be made available at a later time.

Upstate will return to the diamond Thursday afternoon at 2:30 against UNC Wilmington at Cyrill Stadium in Spartanburg. The Spartans are currently 8-2 on the year.
