Weather Alters Baseball Schedule

SPARTANBURG, S.C. – Due to snowy weather conditions in the Spartanburg, S.C., area the baseball games at USC Upstate have been rescheduled.

The contest between UNC Asheville and Georgetown was called in the bottom of the sixth inning with the Bulldogs leading 7-4.

The Spartans were scheduled to host Kentucky at 4 p.m. Saturday afternoon, but due to sudden heavy snowfall that game has been moved to Monday at 1 p.m. Upstate will take on Georgetown at 1 p.m. Sunday as originally scheduled.
