High School: A four-time letterwinner in baseball at Fort Mill High School... Served as a captain as a senior... Played in the Battle of the Border Showcase Games... Also was named the best defensive outfielder in South Carolina and the projected Region III Player of the Year by Diamond Prospects... Earned All-Upper South Carolina honors as a junior from the Charlotte Observer... Earned the team's MVP honors and was also selected to the All-Region 6 and Rock Hill Herald All-Area teams... Also invited to the USA Baseball Tournament of Stars as a junior... Invited to the Team USA Youth National Team Trials as a sophomore...
