Spartanburg, S.C. – The USC Upstate women's soccer team will make the short trip to Presbyterian College on Wednesday night as the Spartans face the Blue Hose at 7 p.m.
Upstate is 2-4-0 after dropping a pair of matches last weekend. In Friday's match against Wofford, the visiting Terriers turned a 2-0 halftime deficit into a 3-2 win. On Sunday, Winthrop tallied a pair of goals in the first 26 minutes en route to a 2-1 win.
Presbyterian College is 2-3-0 and enters the match on a three-match losing streak. The Blue Hose opened the season with a 2-0 win at Furman and a 3-2 defeat of Wofford but have lost their last three against The Citadel, College of Charleston and Alabama State.
Tuesday's match is the 11th all-time meeting between the schools. Presbyterian College leads the series 9-1 following a 2-1 win at County University Soccer Stadium in 2016.
