Marche Llanos is in her second season with the USC Upstate softball program and first as the Director of Operations.
Llanos served as volunteer assistant coach for the Spartans in 2016 as the program made its fourth straight appearance in the NCAA Tournament after winning their third ASUN Tournament Championship in four years.
A native of Kapolei, Hawaii, Llanos played for Upstate from 2012-15 and earned numerous academic accolades including ASUN All-Academic Team, ASUN Conference Scholar and NFCA All-America Scholar. She received her bachelor’s degree from Upstate in 2015 after majoring in exercise science with a minor in communications. Llanos served as a member of Gamma Beta Phi Society, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Peer Leaders, Student Athlete Advisory Committee and Orientation Staff.
During her four-year career at Upstate, Llanos played in 51 games with nine starts including seven as a junior in 2014. She hit a career-best .259 during her junior season and drove in three runs in 2013. In total, Llanos drove in seven runs and was 3-for-3 in stolen bases.
