Spartans Receive Votes in National Top 25 Polls; 14th in Mid-Major Poll

Spartanburg, S.C. – Despite taking its first loss of the season last week, the USC Upstate softball team continued to garner respect from the nation's coaches. The Spartans have received votes in two national top 25 polls and are ranked 14th in the latest Mid-Major Top 25 poll released by midmajorpoll.blogspot.com.

After receiving two votes in the NFCA/USA Today Top 25 poll last week, Upstate picked up another vote to receive three votes in this week's poll.
