SPARTANBURG, S.C. – On Saturday afternoon the USC Upstate women's soccer team will host its second annual "Kickin' It For Cancer" event at County University Soccer Stadium beginning at 1:45 p.m. with a Cancer Recognition, followed by games from 2 p.m. until 6:15 p.m.

"We are really excited to be helping such a wonderful cause and organization," said Interim Head Women's Soccer Coach, Marcie Klebanow.  "With this effort we hope to continue to enhance our players' awareness of the community and how much of a positive impact they can have on those around them.  All of the donations will be given to the Gibbs Cancer Center with the intention of making a difference in someone else's life."
