2010 Indoor: Ran two events for the Spartans … Crossing the finish line in 9:18.60 for the 3000m (2/26) and 16:06.41 5000m (1/27). 

2010 Outdoor: Picked up times in the 5000m (3/19) and 10,000m (5/14) to solidify his place as Upstate’s top distance performer – 15:38.01 and 33:05.23, respectively … Also competed in the 800m with a 2:05.99 (4/30), 1500m with a 4:14.53 (4/24) and 3000m (4/17).

2009 XC: Recorded best time of season with a 26:42.84 mark at the USC Upstate Invitational (10/17) ... Finished 32nd at the A-Sun Championships (10/31) with a time of 26:36, helping the Spartans earn a tie for third ... Finished 22nd at the Eye Opener, helping lead the Spartans to a third-place finish.

2009 Outdoor: Competed in the 10,000 meters at the A-Sun Championships, leading the Spartans with a finish in 34:15.87 (5/15) ... Saw best 10k finish at the Duke Invitational in 33:20.43 (4/3) ... Set school record in the 5,000-meter run at the 49er Classic with a time of 15:49.53 (3/21) ... Competed in the 800-meter run at the Furman Invitational (4/11) and 49er Classic (3/21) ... Earned best finish in the 3,000-meter run at the 49er Classic with a time of 9:22.39 (3/21) ... Set season-best time in the 1,500 meters at the Winthrop Invitational, finishing in 4:19.49 (3/27) ... Also competed in the 1,600 and 3,200-meter relays at the Wofford Dual Meet (4/17) ... A member of the A-Sun All-Academic Team.

2008-09 Indoor: Led all Spartans with a 10th-place finish in the 5,000-meter run and set a school record with a time of 15:36.05 at the A-Sun Championships (2/20) ... Earned his best time in the mile run with a 4:43.53 finish and in the 3,000-meter run with a time of 9:26.59 at the Carolina Invitational (2/13) ... Competed in the mile and 5,000-meter runs at the ETSU Niswonger Invitational (1/31) ... Earned his second-best time in the mile with a 4:43.85 finish at the UNC Classic, where he also competed in the 3,000-meter run (1/24) ... Competed in the 800-meter run at the Appalachian Limited (1/17).

2008 XC: Led the Spartans with a 30th-place finish at A-Sun Championships with a season-best time of 26:28 ... Named to the A-Sun All-Freshmen team, becoming first men's cross country athlete to earn a conference award ... Finished first among the Spartans in each meet ... Led the Spartans to a 12th-place finish of 22 teams at the Mercer Invitational (9/27) with a 30th-place finish ... Finished 27th at the Furman Invitational (10/11) ... A member of the A-Sun All-Academic Team.

Before USC Upstate: Lettered in cross country and track and field at Aiken ... Earned all-state honors in cross country in 2007 with a 10th-place finish at the state meet.
