Morgan Vetter is in her second year as Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach at USC Upstate.
Vetter is a 2015 graduate of Auburn University where she majored in Fitness, Conditioning and Performance.
Prior to joining Upstate, Vetter served as the Strength and Conditioning Professional Intern at Wingate University. She assisted in coaching all 12 intercollegiate athletic programs at Wingate for two years and helped teams learn basic exercised and develop them into more complex movement.
Vetter served a brief stint at the University of South Carolina as their Strength and Conditioning Intern. She worked with the 33 Olympic Teams on campus and her responsibilities included coaching athletes through their summer strength and conditioning programs, organizing the weight room, conducting warm ups and assisting the full time strength and conditioning staff.
She was UCLA’s Athletic Performance Intern from January to March of 2015 after being accepted into the school’s highly competitive internship program. At UCLA, Vetter was responsible for set up and tear down of the weight rooms and coaching team warm ups as well as lifting techniques. She also administered fitness testing and assisted the full-time coaches with any last-minute tasks during the day.
A native of Manhattan Beach, Calif., Vetter is certified in CSCS, CPR, First Aid, AED, Lifeguard and LGI.
